It’s time to nail your niche and perfectly position your brand. You might have tried to define your niche before, but this time, you’re going to do it with the foundation of your client feedback, the opportunities you’ve found, and your brand purpose.

By the end of week 5, you’re going to know where you have credibility, find happiness and connection, and can make money by becoming the “go-to” coach.

Step 4 – Brand Personality

It’s time to step into the real you. You’ll tap into what makes you tick, so your branding and marketing ooze with personality, making you a magnet for clients and work that lights you up.

At the end of this 6-week process, you will have a solid foundation on which to build and create your marketing activities, and you’ll be flooded with content ideas.

Ideal clients will feel like you’re talking directly to them, and will see you as the solution to their biggest problems. As they dive into your DMs, ready to invest, you can turn your attention to doing what you love – helping people through coaching.

Frequently asked questions

I’ve bought courses on niching and messaging before, how is this different?

Clients who’ve worked with me have often invested in masterminds, courses and programmes around niching and messaging, but they’ve struggled to implement what they’ve learned because it’s been in large groups.

I’ll give you extra energy and power behind your business to really implement the things you know, but are having trouble getting to grips with.

With a maximum of four people in my programme, you’ll get the support YOU need to turn brand know-how into brand DO NOW.

How can a group of coaches all come out of this with different USPs?

You are different to the other seven billion people on the planet, and it’s your unique combination of purpose, strengths, values, attributes, experience and personality that makes you different to all the other coaches, too. No two coaches are exactly the same.

The aim of this programme is to discover what makes you different, and I know we will do that. In the thirty years I’ve been branding businesses, and more recently coaches, no two have had the same set of USPs.

How much detail about my coaching business do I need to share in the group?

The group is a safe space to talk openly about your coaching business without the fear of being judged, or it being discussed outside the group.

Everyone will be openly sharing client experiences, pricing and ways of working, and just like any ethical coaching environment, what is shared in the group stays in the group. Everyone will be required to commit to this promise.

You will never be under any pressure to share anything you feel uncomfortable with.

What if there isn’t anything different about me, or I’m not as good as the coaches in the group?

Think about all the coaches you met during your training – would you say any of them are exactly like you?

Sure, you have coaching tools and techniques in common, but how you show up, how you coach, your story and your client experiences, are as individual to you as your fingerprint.

You are uniquely amazing (you just can’t see it yet), and if you’re thinking the other coaches are going to be better than you, I can guarantee they will be thinking exactly the same thing.

During this programme, YOU will discover what makes you different as we shine a light on your uniqueness. And so will they – together you will learn how wonderfully different you all are, and how you can support each other going forwards – you’ll most likely end up collaborating and referring work to each other.

Do I have to niche?

Niching is a highly effective marketing strategy when you want to stand out as a specialist and become the “go-to” coach for solving specific problems for a very well-defined target client.

It’s a bold move and I appreciate it’s not for everyone, and if you’re dead set on being a generalist this isn’t the programme for you.

How is the programme delivered?

All content delivery and groups sessions will be delivered online:

  • Resources will be share via Google Drive
  • Group sessions will be in Zoom
  • We’ll use Trello* to keep all your information on track.

When are the sessions?

Welcome call: Friday 2nd September, 10-11am in Zoom. Meet your fellow coaches and find out what’s in store for the weeks ahead.

Weekly group sessions: Mondays at 10am in Zoom, starting 5th September – each session lasts 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the focus for that week.

This is important time to carve out for you and your business – you’ll be fresh from the weekend and putting yourself first as you start the working week.

Clarity Clinic: Weekly drop-in session on a Friday morning. I’ll be available in Zoom from 11-12pm for you to pop along with any questions, get feedback, or ask for help if you are stuck with your homework.

1-1 Session: Use your 1-1 session with me at any time during the program and dive deeper into your brand strategy.

What if I can’t make it to a session?

For you to get the desired results from the programme you need to be available for all the group sessions. 
 
If you are unable to attend due to illness, or emergency, a recording of the session will be made available, alternatively, you can purchase a one-hour top-up session. 

Do I need to do work between calls?

Yes, there will be homework – especially during the first two exploratory weeks. You will need to allow a minimum of 1-2 hours per week.

This programme is an investment in you and the future success of your business and the more you put in, the better the result you will get out.

How much access to you do I get?

I want you to feel supported throughout the programme, and be able to ask questions. I’ve created two ways for you to access me between group sessions:

BRAND CLARITY CLINIC 
I’ll run a weekly drop-in session on a Friday morning. I’ll be available in Zoom from 11-12 pm for you to pop along with any questions, get feedback, or ask for help if you are stuck with your homework.

WHATSAPP GROUP
I’ll set up a private WhatsApp group for you and your fellow participants, so you can ask each other questions and I’ll chime in when needed. I’ll be available Monday-Thursday 9-5 pm and will aim to respond within 24 hours.

BONUS 1-1 SESSION
If you book before 31st July, you’ll receive a bonus 1-1 session with me, which you can use at any time during the programme.

Can I work with you 1:1?

You should get the same overall results from my group programme as you would working with me 1-1. However, for anyone wanting a more intensive experience, where we can work faster and dive deeper into your business model, pricing and brand vision, I do work with a small number of 1-1 clients each year.
